Educational purpose

Herclepro is an educational app about blockchains and cryptocurrency markets. Lessons, quizzes, tools and market data are provided for learning and general information.

Not financial advice

Nothing in the app is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Consider your own circumstances and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Practice funds

The practice desk uses practice funds that have no monetary value. They can't be deposited, withdrawn, transferred, redeemed or exchanged for money, cryptocurrency or anything else. Practice orders aren't sent to any market. Results in the practice book don't predict real-world results.

Market data

Market data is provided by third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Its accuracy and availability can vary, so check official sources before relying on any figure.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it to break any law.

Intellectual property

The app's design, lessons and written content belong to Herclepro. Coin names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content, including decisions made based on market data or practice results.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
